Luzhong 280 Series Engine parts

Many engine models and makes can be fitted to the Luzhong Tractor. The engine parts and ancillary equipment are very different between manufacturers and models. It is important to determine the manufacturer and model number of the engine by viewing the name plate on the engine itself.

Oil and Fuel filters are particular to the engine however different filter housings can be fitted to the exact same engine. Search by the code on your existing filter itself. Having said that, there are numerous filters with the same code yet very different physical properties. If possible, always check the thread on your existing filter or filter housing.

Alternators and Starter Motors are often common to many engines however it is always better to compare the part code on your existing Alternator or Starter Motor itself. If the part code is missing from the Alternator or Starter Motor then you will need to compare the physical properties, eg teeth, bolt centres, kW, mounting angle, etc.

Water pumps are particular to the engine.

Radiator hoses are particular to both the engine and the application.
